The Bridge Fund OrganizationThe Bridge Fund combines sound business practices with effective and compassionate programs to prevent homelessness among the working poor. The Corporate Office, with Barbara Hayes as Chief Executive Officer, supervises the two program offices, The Bridge Fund of New York City and The Bridge Fund of Westchester, and performs the administrative, fundraising and technical services, allowing the program directors and their staffs to focus on serving clients. The Corporate Office coordinates fundraising events, develops the Annual Report, prepares financial projections and reports, maintains the networked computer system, and recommends and implements policies. In addition, the Corporate Office serves as a liaison to other organizations that are replicating The Bridge Fund model, and monitors their progress. These include The Bridge Fund of Connecticut and The Bridge Fund of Massachusetts.
